Our service package includes:

  • W-LAN in all rooms and the entire restaurant area.

  • Parking directly in front of the hotel.

  • Our large wellness breakfast buffet, daily from 06:45 to 10:00, on Sundays and holidays from 07:30 to 10:30.

  • Use of our new exclusive saunoase, with Finnish sauna, bio sauna, herbal steam bath, steam bath, infrared cabin, water resting room & chat room.

  • Use of our new fitness room.

The service fee is € 10.00 per person. And night separately on your bill.

Why the service package?

The service package is always an integral part of your room booking and will be shown separately on your bill at 10.00 € per person and night (including 19% VAT). The overnight stay itself is indicated with 7% VAT.

The reason for the service package is that in July 2015 the legislator increased the VAT for sauna from 7% to 19%. Previously, the performance was included in the room rate as both services had the same VAT rate.

Thus, we are forced to show the saloon separately on your bill.

Since in practice we can not cover the costs of a hotel guest in the sauna or not, we charge a flat rate for each hotel guest (according to a recommendation of DEHOGA, the German Hotel and Catering Association in coordination with the Ministry of Finance) .

This flat rate together with the other 19% services such as breakfast, parking, wireless LAN and fitness room form the service package.

Room bookings without a service package can unfortunately not be accepted. Please understand this.
